Learning Outcome
Students will report on the team’s research findings and the application of management concepts and tools in recommending solutions to an identified managerial problem.
Task
This is a group assignment that follows from the first assignment and so must be based on a single organization chosen by any one member of your group.
You are required to undertake both primary and Secondary research as outlined in the proposal. You may, at this stage, add additional research methods if necessary. Collect reasonable and sufficient data based on the primary research. Ensure that research ethics are adhered to.
Tabulate and describe the data then analyze these to draw adequate and relevant and logical conclusions that relate to the purpose of the project. Make realistic and practicable recommendations based on the conclusions. This process must reflect problem-solving.
The length of the report should be around2000 - 3000 words excluding the words on the Title page, Executive Summary, Table of Contents, Bibliography, and Appendices.
Edit the finished report to ensure it is of a professional standard suitable for presenting to a senior manager in the organization. Reports must be written in Past Tense.
Follow all instructions given in class and ensure all aspects of the marking schedule are included. While submitting on Canvas ensure that the names of all team members are stated on the title page.
