Overview
Assignment 1 (Critique essay) asked you to critique the research process in the context of health care practice. You will now be fully aware of how research is structured and interpreted to apply to your own academic reading and research projects.
In this assessment, you will write a literature review. The purpose of a literature review is, to provide a critical written account of the current state of research on a selected topic and,
• Identifies previous scholarly work.
• Contextualises the contribution the literature has made to the body of knowledge.
• Identifies new ways to interpret and highlight any gaps in previous research.
• Points the way forward for further research.

For this literature review you will focus on two topics:
1. Maori holistic healthcare (compulsory)
AND
2. *Either
Healthcare in the community OR
The impact of individual lifestyle choices on healthcare services.
