4. Choose a New Zealand business or organization of 20-50 employees. Describe the organization in terms of its main functions, size, and structure.

5. As the HR manager of the business you chose in Question 4, discuss the process you would follow to analyze the training and development needs for staff.

6. Design a one-page, basic template that you could use to record the training needs and plan for employees for the current year.
