Self-reflection is a key skill in developing cultural safety and competence for working with others. The reflection activities give you a chance to step back and critically examine your ability to identify key theories and models, your understanding of key concepts, and your understanding of how what you are learning can be applied to your life and your practice.

Task
At the end of each module, you were invited to complete a rolling out the mat reflection activity.
