Task Overview
The first assessment is an 800 word assignment that focuses on physiology.
Course Learning Outcome Assessed
- LO1 Critically apply knowledge of physiology to human function.
- LO2 Explain how changes at cellular level affect the function of tissues, organs and body systems and precipitate physiological responses to maintain homeostasis.
Instructions
- Select one physiological process or bodily function.
- Explain the physiological function of the chosen topic.
- Explain how the cellular responses maintain homeostasis and how the homeostatic response supports relevant tissues and organs for your chosen process or function.
- Support your explanation with relevant contemporary evidence.
