Task

1. Undertake a SWOT analysis of the factors contributing to your chosen challenge

2. Analyse the SWOT for leadership and management implications

3. Develop a plan to:
   a. manage the threats and weaknesses
   b. consider the financial and budgeting consequences
   c. address the human resource implications.

Throughout your assignment you will demonstrate your scholarly approach synthesising literature to provide evidence to underpin your argument. This assignment addresses course learning objectives: 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Assignment 2 Rubric

I am a government nursing officer in Sri Lanka, work in teaching hospital Kandy in Sri Lanka.  I am not sure what the best challenge would be to select for this assignment. However, I know that nursing burnout and staff shortages are very common challenges in this field. Could you please help me choose the most suitable option for this assignment?
