Report Overview

Purpose: This assessment is designed to develop your critical understanding of diversity management training in New Zealand organisations by exploring various approaches, challenges, and theoretical applications.

Task: Drawing on the contents of your presentation (Assessment 2), you will submit an individual report focusing on your selected organisation. This report must include a comprehensive diversity training workshop plan, along with a critical evaluation and evidence-based recommendations addressing the identified diversity issue.

Please ensure that the diversity issue, theory, organisation, and consultancy focus align with those presented in your group presentation (Assessment 2). Your individual report should reflect your personal approach to the workshop plan, evaluation, and recommendations, demonstrating independent analysis and critical engagement with the topic.
