  1. Choose ONE type of error/presenting risk (ie medication error, diagnostic error, wrong site surgery etc).
  2. Research this in relation to LO1, LO2, LO3, LO4. Use the marking rubric to guide your research and writing.
  3. Write an essay based on your findings.
  4. Your work must be supported by credible, relevant, and appropriate academic literature and sources. You must accurately cite and reference your work in line with
