Purpose

Choose and read at least four sources of scholarly nursing literature. These must include:
- The book Cultural safety in Aotearoa New Zealand (Wepa, 2015).
- The electronic source, Te Tiriti o Waitangi Policy, Te Kaunihera o Tapuhi o Aotearoa Nursing Council of New Zealand (2023).

- Define and discuss what a bi-cultural relationship is in the context of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and provide an example in nursing practice.
- Discuss key nursing legislation and ethics in relation to cultural safety.
- Discuss leadership styles and communication practices used in the nursing profession.
You must provide a reference list of literature used to support your work and include one direct quote.
Word Count: 1200 words (+/- 10%)
