Subject Leadership Development Plan

Reflect on your current situation/work role and leadership style, assessing your own strengths and weaknesses as you see them. Thinking about your future career plans and your current situation, write a plan for your own leadership development, explaining the data you have used in your assessment and the rationale for specific aspects of your plan. This will likely include strategies for collaborations, networking and enhancing performance.

The Leadership Development Plan may be presented as either:

  1. A)1000 – 1500 word essay – submit this assignment electronically belowOR
  2. B) a recorded PowerPoint presentation with voice-over – maximum 5 slides (plus reference slide = 6 slides in total) and 5 minutes voice-over maximum. Please upload your submission directly to Vstream, and link the URL within your submission. Instructions can be found below. OR
  3. C)an infographic poster which demonstrates your leadership development plan as outlined in brief above.  This can only be done in WORD or PDFto be submitted electronically.
